Not for a 16oz, I don't believe, but for a 20oz, yes, in some places.

It makes sense when you consider all the downsides of a 2L.

Warm when you buy it; gotta cool it yourself
Goes flat before you can drink it all
Gotta find a glass to pour it in
Hope you want Coke or Sprite
