23 y/o Transgender Soldier was told that he must CHANGE BACK into a WOMAN if he wants to keep his job as according to the Trump Administration!!

Hayden Brown said days after Trump tweeted that transgender people would be banned from the military, he got a call from his unit that he was given a choice to either "revert" back to a female or be FIRED from his job!!

That appears to be how the Trump administration is handling the current transgender soldiers in the military by giving them an ultimatum, or face the cut

Hayden is from Pennsylvania who's been in the army for almost 5 years in the Alpha 128th Brigade Support Battalion. He aid "I actually had a call from my unit telling me that by regulation, i would have to continue out my military career as a female and not as a male. It's completely pushing back everything that i've worked so hard and so much that i've strived to overcome. I've been transitioning for a year and a half, the military has not paid a dime towards my transition and i have served this country for 4 and a half years and then you tell me i can't be who i am? Outside of the military, it would be fine for me to be a trans man. It doesn't make sense"

The Dept of Defense would not comment on the case but says they are awaiting formal instructions by the trump administration on how to handle this situation. Until that time, there is no change to the current transgender policy and if a service member was told different, they should engage their chain of command.

Hayden joined in 2013 as a woman but transitioned almost 2 years ago as he said he knew from a very very young age that he was a boy as he hated drsses and fought with his mom. It was when he joined the army that he wrote to his mother that he is going to be who he wants to be as the army doesn't make a difference between male and female as they are doing what everyone else is doing. His army peers said he was the same as they are and felt comfortable around him and doesn't change who he was to them.

Hayden recalls Trump support for the LGBTQ and that he would be better than "hillary" when it comes to rights and freedom..he gave trump a chance and volunteered along with his unit to the inauguration.

He said "The fact that i as there protecting Donald Trump and his family and for him to then come out and ban all transgender from the military, it was a slap in the face. I felt deceived. I woke up this morning to my phone blowing up about trump banning transgender soldiers in the US mlitary, i've had mixed feelings all day. At first i was upset and thought my 4 years meant nothing. You didn't care that iw as a tras-soldier, but now you do? President Trump, go ahead knock me down because i'll get back up! Go ahead, tell me i'm not a person, that i'm not a human being capable of defending my country. I've paid out of pocket for all my s***. Regardless of your gender, race, or ethnicity, you are expected to do anything and everything the person to your left and right to do. So, as you ban 15,000 amazing soldiers, we will show you how strong we really are because this just made me more visible. Mr Donald Trump, my name is Hayden Jacob Brown, and i am a proud transgender soldier serving in the US Army".

they should just keep doing what theyre doing. trump "banned" trans people through a tweet..all because he needed yet another scapegoat to distract from his own problems. he could easily(and itd be par for the course) he flip flops his opinion later on so eh
