I do a 24 hour fast once a week. I'm usually pretty hungry towards the end though.

I'm OK in small doses, but I have some big interpersonal issues with friends. And I spent the night thinking over things with my girlfriend... I mean, I wasn't outright abusive, but I was a total piece of shit.

It's a good thing to admit so I can finally fix it, but still hurts.
