Your anatomy is definitely spot on. The soft shading and subtle lighting definitely adds depth to the drawing. The face and lips are particularly well drawn. This makes me think you sketched a naked woman? Or did you come up with her in your mind?

I think I worked on it some more since then, but I have to render the clavicle more to make it more evident. I want to work on the shading overall some more too.

Fire Emblem: This would look better if you darken the lines around the character. Make them more defined to give it a cel shaded/comic book look. Also the arms and chest are a little too wide for the face I think so try modifying that a little bit. Otherwise, me-likes.

Vol2: Very good! Again your shading is solid. The little details make it come to life like the little folds on her neck. Sexy!

Maeluun: GOD thats SO CUTE! And its sexy as F too. My only critique would be to make the tail more furry by adding some hairy texture to it. Besides that your proportions are on point and I love the facial expression she's making X)

It's funny, the only comment I have about both has to do with their tiara gems. On the first image, the gem is drawn from a straight-on perspective even though her head is pointing to the right, so it looks odd. Second one it's gigantic and overtakes the more interesting parts of the image. Though I like them both, very cute.

Your perspective and proportions look good in both images. I guess the only critique of the 1st would be that her left hand looks a bit off. I like the effect of the glow of the saber on her clothes in the 2nd one, and it's an interesting pose

Your inks are mad clean. Thats something I've always been weak at tbqh. Which is why I've been practicing ink-less style. You have a more cartoony style like me too. I wanna see an original drawing without reference from you. Got any?

That last was mostly without a reference, I tried to do it on my own as much as possible. I don't actually remember if I used any, or if I had one for him standing at an angle like that. I might post more later, imgur didn't want to load my older stuff when I checked.

Also, about them being clean, those are from Colors 3D, a 3ds drawing app. So it's much easier to make clean looking pictures.

Hands are problematic for me as well.

The face started off with potential, but it's like you almost gave up from the neck down. The mid-section looks a little long, whereas you completely avoided drawing the right hand. With more time and motivation, this particular drawing had the opportunity of becoming a good piece of art.

My drawings are similar to Popcorn's, given I tend to draw mostly stuff pertaining to anime or manga, though not exactly anime/manga. Here's just some drawings I've made over the past couple of days.

Appreciate the feedback. My drawings fall more towards the "sketch" look, meaning, they're not really complete unless I outline them or vectorize them. With that being said, I haven't worked with color. Yet. In due time, I will.

I also appreciate the use of Coheed and Cambria in the video.

Impressive work from ThineEnemy. You really captured the psychotic and masochist characteristics out of that antagonist. I also enjoyed the video, as it demonstrated how crucial it is to start a character with a framework or skeleton as to get your proportions right.

Anyways, managed to draw a friend the other day.

I just got a Wacom tablet for my birthday a few days ago, and I actually wanted to get into using it. I feel like this would be a good topic to ask for any tutorials or guides for where I can find useful things I can do with a tablet on Photoshop or something.

Check out Kienan Lafferty, he puts up a LOT of drawing stuffs concerning basics, anatomy, compositions, coloring, and almost everything else as far as I'm aware of. And he primarily uses photoshop. He explains a lot of things pretty clearly and repeats things that are important steps for doing a thing with each video (as I recall). I've learned quite a few things from him.

RossDraws doesn't exactly do tutorials but he DOES say how to do certain photoshop tricks... you just... really need to watch his videos completely to find those techniques, he doesn't really put them in his titles.
