Well, after a number of months, I finally completed the Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition Saga and it's time to pick something else from my backlog to play. This time, I figure I'll play something relatively short. So, please vote on one of these shooting games.

Out of those that I have played, I vote Metro or Wolfenstein. You said you wanted something short, so don't go with Borderlands or Far Cry 4 yet

i think you should play crysis,
because its a unique game, with a deccent storyline, and still today very good graphics.

borderlands 1 and 2 are praised especially for their multiplayer I believe.

Doom is a good game (I like all id games). Its faster paced, good gunplay, and smooth.

apparently far cry 4 is good, though I havent played it. I really liked far cry 3.

Well, I say relatively short because I spent 276 hours playing through the Baldur's Gate Enhanced Editions. I'm looking for something with a little less of a time investment to complete.
