For example I just started Game of Thrones and how do I look up stuff without coming across advanced spoilers?

Something as simple as looking a character up and the most popular result will be "x character death" or something like that

I've just been trying to better understand episodes and I don't know how to see stuff about specific episodes without getting future stuff spoiled.
