good question and makes me realize i can't imagine how i could be scared when sitting next to tons of people.

the last horror movie i watched in theaters was the 6th sense(even though it's a far better character/mystery piece than down-right horror imo) and the hand scene would probably elicit the best type of response from crowds in general but aside from that very typical horror trope, the overall feeling of isolation and paranoia(part of the reason why horror is such an intriguing genre) is something i'll never be able to experience if others are in the same room with me.
