I'm hoping to move out from my family when our lease is up, and I was looking on sites and found some properties. Unfortunately the sites require registration and my card number which I'm not going to give. So is there someone I would speak too, or does anyone know how to get that process started?

okay, so when i was renting to own my old trailer, the deal the landlady and i came up with is that i would pay an additional fee on top of rent, and what i paid towards rent would go towards buying it, but i just doubled what the rent was anyways.

then when i finished buying it, i just had to pay lot rent.

so i went from $460 to $150.

pretty sure my case is special, considering i literally just went to her house (not like it was far. it was literally like right next to the park) and paid her cash.

i miss that trailer. having to take care of a house and pay taxes is a pain in the ass. not that you don't pay taxes on owning a mobile home, either, it's just it's so much more expensive for a house.

Thanks guys. Some of them do look pretty ugly, but if they're accurate the prices are pretty equal to renting an apartment when it comes to monthly payments. I'm having a hard time finding apartments here that allows pets, but aren't filled with drug dealers and hoes.
