Even if no one died, which to be frank is impossible unless everyone was in space theres no surviving this, it would still very much be an end of the world scenario. The extreme movement of the tectonic plates would create earthquakes of unfathomable force which would topple every structure on earth. Remember the earthquake scene in 2012? Imagine that but everywhere and 10 times stronger. Tsunamis hundreds of miles high would engulf the coasts and everything hundreds of miles inland. Every volcano on earth, including Yellowstone and other Supervolcanos, would erupt similtanioualy creating massive global cooling. It would be an extinction level event unseen in hundreds of millions of years. The earth would (maybe) eventually recover but human civilization would be dead.

Lets assume no natural disasters happen as a result of this.

Even if there aren't any earthquakes of mass destruction, there's still the major problem of how climates will be affected, as well as how now pretty much any disease has a much easier time to spread. Not to mention the worse part, bugs and their ability to possibly have cross-breeding (Is that what that's called) for more types of them going around..
