Same here. Very rare that I get pissed off to that point, but it does happen. Apparently I was 4 when I put my first intentional hole in a wall.

I've been seeing therapists for 10 years, and i haven't found even one who i found helpful. Church is 100 times better option, because there are people in those who actually gives a fuck. Also, many religious people i have met have been through some shit, and most have been very compassionate and understanding people.
