We had a crazy Yo-yo fad in 1998-2000 somewhere.

I want to say like in 1994/1995 there was this weird push for spinners. Like those Beyblade things, but it wasn't Bayblade and they just had pictures of like pop culture things on them like power rangers and x-men and stuff.
