Customer: Yeah my stream is buffering a ton, what's wrong with the internet?
Me: What are you streaming? Customer: Oh uh... I... I uh forgot the name haha! Me: Is it streaming Netflix? YouTube? Hulu? Customer: Oh uh its' not any of them. Me: What is the name on the box you are streaming? Customer: It's [pirate stream box]. Me: Yeah unofficial streams like that can be hit or miss. Are you having issues with any official streaming sites like YouTube or Netflix? Customer: no.... What do you mean by box? A physical thing that people purchase to stream (like a knock off Apple TV/Chromecast)?

What's the policy on situations this? Do you have to report him to someone so they can issue a C&D, or do you just ignore it and not provide help because it's an unsupported device?

Was it a firestick? My parents have one of those (I think that's what it is) and they have some program on it that lets them stream literally anything.

No policy really but to just say that results may vary on devices like that.
