I ordered some Euros for them to come in today/tuesday, and asked for it to be held till tuesday.

They said they have to send it back tomorrow if i dont pick it up today. But the person that placed the ordered said it will still be there on Tuesday for me.

I told the lady on the phone that I told them i most likely not be able to pick it up till Tuesday, and that is the day I said i needed it originally.

They are now holding it for me, but still, i shouldnt have to fight for that, if i said i will get it Tuesday, hold till Tuesday
