You should really look at upgrading that GPU, the RX 480 is really afordable now and even the RX 580 is really reasonable.
My PC is slightly slower on the CPU front as I have a Core i5 4600, same ram and a better graphics card by a fair bit (RX 480) though our disk is an SSD ... Copied to Clipboard!

I only have a Pentium G4560 but I do have a GTX1070 and the rest is pretty similar. I'd say yours is better though.

You have a better processor (mine is a 4th Gen i7 Devil's Canyon CPU) and I'm not sure how your GPU compares to a GTX 1070.
