Define usually, there are times when I have been standing for an extended period of time and I start shifting my weight but if I have just started standing still then I am standing square.

I've broken my right foot and my sacrum in the right portion, so I put more weight on my left. Also, I broke my right clavicle, so I have a noticeable (if you touch it) amount of extra muscle to compensate.

Edit: also, the big toe on my right foot was broken so badly that it won't bend and if i touch it wrong, it hurts very much. When it cold, things get really bad. I've had to stop shopping before and go SIT DOWN. I'm not even 29 yet and I can only imagine how much worse this could get. I'm actually scared they might cut it off if I mention it...
