You don't want to die, because you're here now. The fantasy you tell yourself of "I'll want to die when x happens." really has no truth to it. You either want it or you don't.

You're not working to get to death, it's not some degree you have to earn at school in hopes of a better future. There is no future, there is no hope, it's just the end. It's forced upon everyone.
