No. It's actually a pretty lengthy process in the military. Iirc you need to be undergoing treatment (hormone therapy) for about a year while under the eye of a doctor to monitor your progress. At some point they will determine the process to be compete and will officially change your sex on your records. This is a very tl;dr explanation Also,I don't know where you got that chart but that's not what an apft consists of.
