In a world where Superman is the only super-powered being and there is no kryptonite or other means of stopping him, there is literally no reason for Superman to kill anyone. He can, in fact, save literally everyone and end all violence without ending a single life to do it.

Terrorists? just go there walk around and let them waste their bullets and bombs on you.

Bank robbery? Just block their escape, they can't get away. You can take their weapons as well.

Brutal dictatorships? just go and stand in the way of the military. They can't move you and they can't hurt you.

Take Syria for example. Can you with a straight face tell me that James from Gamefaqs who likes Zelda and voted Trump flying in with Superman's powers to "Fix it" would manage to save everyone and end all violence?

I'm not so convinced. Life isn't as simple as comic books.

For example in Comic Books when the rich evil billionaire businsessman became president he quit being Lexcorp CEO and stopped running his businsesses.

Real talk though I probably wouldn't kill anyone unless someone hurt my family. If someone ended up killing my kid to try and hurt me though I'd probably just punch through the core of the planet and destroy the whole planet.
