It affected mainly video services like Netflix, which is treating data differently, and is against the still active net neutrality laws (that they want overturned so badly).

They admit to doing it, but they disagree with calling it "throttling", and insist nobody was effected (although people are only aware that it happened because they were effected).

Verizon sucks but then again I have Sprint now and they've given me plenty of issues in the past.
