i really don't though.

my blood sugar rarely goes above 190, and that's after eating a proper sized mealmeal.

i've lost over 260 pounds in the past 5 years, as well.

just because i make a topic about tasty chicken nugget lunchables once every 7 or 8 months isn't indicative of anything. as an aside, every time you make a post of topic about what you've eaten, it's way unhealthier than anything i've eaten in the past several months.

The bars I eat at serve high quality foods not greasy foods. The food quality is 100x better than the fast food you shovel down your gullet.

I know you live in the middle of bum fuck America so I'm not surprised all the bars serve shitty food on par with all the other processed crap you eat.

Here, good food is taken very seriously where you can eat a quality, non fast food burger that isn't greasy and overprocessed. That particular bar gets it meats from a local butcher and its buns from a local bakery.

The only way to prove it to you would be to take you there but I suspect that because it isn't full of fillers and preservatives you'll think it's gross and ask me to take you to get a lunchable.

Portion control? That one day that I had the burger with a hotdog, that was my highest calorie meal for the day and I still only had about 1800 for the day. I know how to eat healthily and with taste. My diet has been better than yours for over 10 years.
