The thought of dating again in any capacity also gives me enormous anxiety and it feels like it will be a long time before I can even be interested in someone again. My last relationship really fucked me up and it happened to coincide with losing/becoming isolated from my friends and that's exacerbating my loneliness and feeling of desperation.
