So I'm in the military and originally come from Pennsylvania where I hold a PA state drivers license.
I got stationed in California and got a car back in 2015 and registered it there. In 2016 I got surprise orders to North Carolina and had to move. In 2016 I also finished off my payments on the car and had my vehicles title shipped to my units mailing address which somehow, unsurprisingly, got lost. My registration is up in 2 months. So basically I have residency and a drivers license in PA, a car registered in CA with a missing title, I live in NC, and I have 2 months to figure it out. Halp CE :( I plan on calling the DMV next week but was curious to see if anyone here has had or seen a similar situation. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

call CA to get a new title issued, then go from there. you'll never get anywhere without that
