Pretty doubtful that Conor's gonna be able to land anything significant. But he's a lot younger, a lot bigger, and a lot stronger than Mayweather. BUT Floyd is the best defensive boxer to ever live.

My guess is that it'll be your typical Mayweather fight. It'll go 12 rounds and Floyd will win by decision.

Everyone who follows boxing knows this "fight" is nothing more than a theatrical experience at this point. Which honestly is fine.

Even from the press conferences and such it's bordering on WWE territory. Everyone knows Mayweather will win, get his huge pay day and his phony 50-0 record. Conor will get his huge pay day and no hit to his reputation because he's never been a boxer to begin with. They both laugh all the way to the bank and come out ok in the end, with no risk of serious injury cause Conor won't be able to land a punch and Floyd only plays defense at this point.

I'm not even opposed to any of it. If you go into it just expecting a fun show, that's what you'll get. If you're expecting a real fight watch UFC or wait for GGG/Canelo.

Conor's walkaround weight is much higher than his weigh in weight. I'm not saying it's david and goliath, but he's definitely a larger man.

While I appreciate the at least SOME of the MMA heads will already admit that McGregor has no chance, I still think it is funny that they are already coming up with excuses for him losing.

That is why I asked who would win in a basketball game. Because honestly that has about as much relevance here as a MMA match. McGregor got his nuts pumped and decided he wanted to jump into Floyd's lane and start talking shit; not the other way around.

@yemmy that's cause Mayweather is a bitch and a coward. No one is making any excuse for Connor. He realistically has a 1% chance of winning but in a contact sport thats all you need to win. If Mayweather underestimates Connor or cant read his offense and gets tagged i can see Connor putting him to sleep but the chance of that happening is slim.

I also wouldnt be surprised if Connor gets frustrated from the running and just allows Mayweather to hit him so he can clock Floyd.

Should be an interesting fight im just not looking forward to the Mayweather fan base talking shit afterwards

I'm betting on Connor getting frustrated and leaving himself open and getting KO'd. Well maybe not KO'd, but he might get his chin tested.

Mayweather cares about money. I mean after all he's "Money" Mayweather and his crew is the Money Team. He is one of those people who doesn't drink, do drugs, and thinks that a man's value is the accumulation of wealth and he's done a damn good job at it so far. His only vice is gambling, and that is his dumb ass thinking he'll make more money. He might be a bitch but hell he's done pretty good.

I kinda like Floyd's boxing style, how he rolls off and plays his right hand leads, and I really don't know shit about MMA but what is in 2009 Undisputed because I used to play that with a girlfriend of mine because she had like 3 video games at her house and that shit is fun. I only like the big dudes that punch each other. I don't like the grappling very much it is kinda boring to me, I'd rather watch people tag each other back and forth.

It would be funny if he got beat by a crazed irish lunatic but this is too much like that 'Great White Hype' movie. There was a white guy with a kilt in that I'm pretty sure (I don't think it was Woody Harrelson though)
