I used to eat a lot, but now I'm cutting down to about 1,500 calories / day. Also, exercising about 2x per week.

Lift. You can definitely be skinny fat at that weight with how short you are. Best thing is to put on some muscle. Look up the Fierce 5 Novice program. And don't try to restrict calories, eat higher quality food instead.

you'll probably lose a few pounds the first week or two and then .5-1 pound a week after unless you are working out a lot harder than I expect.
