Mii’s, a small Garland business owned by an elderly immigrant couple from Thailand, was never accused in court of violating any federal laws.

That's the messed up part

The IRS don't even have to prove that they're right before deciding to take your property and sell it off

If Trump has his way he may well soon have enough power to just send the IRS to shut down any company that competes with his own

What IRS says they did wrong:

- Made repeated cash deposits of just under 10k intentionally to avoid federal reporting regulations

- 3 years of missed taxes. Couple in question claims this is not true and that they have always paid their taxes. They additionally specified that for the years in question, they had tax write offs that were fine and dandy. IRS doesnt acknowledge these, but never said anything up until the seizure.

Yeah. I honestly would have be okay wih shop owner shooting every one of the agents. This is fuckin illegal bullshit. Literally a bunch of thieves coming into his store.

How much you want to bet some of the agents had friends or family who bought those dresses on the cheap?

Probably because most them abuse technically legal loopholes and such,

Also it's a lot easier to go after a mom and pop than a guy who could hire several hundred lawyers at once.
