"Brexit" was the UK withdrawing from the EU, not something withdrawing from the fucking UK.

Brexit is a dumb buzzword to begin with, so why even bicker about its meaning in light of a joke?

As opposed to the UK which recently arrested a YouTube comedian for making a joke about Nazis, while previously ignoring multiple domestic reports about actual terrorists that resulted in multiple homicides.

But yeah ya know whatever, memes are srsbiz

It's weird to me that, like, stuff happened.

I know that sounds trolly but like in History class you hear about colonists throwing tea into the harbor and it's like it's a story or something but it totally happened. Like, these were people, and they did this. And like, there was no master plan and they didn't know how history was gonna unfold, they just got pissed off and threw some tea in the water.

And now, like, here we are.

I asked what brexit is because all politicians over here will say is "brexit means brexit" and about getting the job done

no-one really knows the outcome or what it will actually bring

I guess it's more of a british reference/joke
