Mr 666, just embrace the changes. Hopefully these are good changes that will set you on the right path. As for the self-loathing, just stop hating yourself. Unless you're an evil person how bad could you be? Find some good things about yourself and focus on those things instead. Best of luck to you.

I don't get people who are afraid of change. my life was hell at some point when I was younger and I learn to embrace change. Routine depress me a lot though.

My depression and anxiety still suck, but ever since learning and accepting this, things have been a lot better. Shit happens, some of it you can control, most things you can't. Applies to other people's views on you, gotta stop caring so much what people think. Do things for you, not so your neighbor thinks you're a cool dude. I don't know if you do that shit, but it helps me.

It's not that hard to understand. Often time change comes with uncertainty and most people find comfort in consistency.


well. I wish I was like most people because I have a weird change addiction and the lack of change depress me.
