Pretty sure you can aim in first person with the snipers and tanks. You can aim in first person in most MGS games. I doubt anyone would classify those as FPSes. At its core, VC is a tactical rpg. The only game I think fits the description of a "proper" FPS/Turn-Based RPG is D2 for the Dreamcast.
