150 wouldn't be too bad if the bar is long enough for the weight to be distributed

That sounds illegal. I'm not sure what OSHA laws are like in the USA, but I've worked construction in Australia and they won't allow you to lift anything heavier than a 55lb object without equipment or additional help.

There was a time when I could OHP my bodyweight. But I stopped giving a fuck about lift numbers.

But yeah, I'm pretty sure even an average non lifter could deadlift 150.

Say you can do it then refuse and threaten to bring in OSHA. Pretty sure American laws are similar to Canadian and anything over 80lbs must be a multiple person's job.

I work security and the only physical requirement is... Actually there aren't any though it might affect what places you can possibly get assigned.

How can it be as low as 55 lbs? A single pack of shingles is 75. I only lifted one at a time but I know people will frequently do two, regardless of what OSHA would say if they got caught.
