I've already explained his motivation for being a dick to JD, and you were just like "NUH UH", so this is pointless.

Also he is CONSTANTLY made fun of by everyone for being a janitor and/or "just a janitor", so he has plenty of reason.

He literally paid Ted and Todd to tape him to ceiling for hours just to fuck with him.

Hell as already mentioned the plan in S1 was to reveal that the Janitor wasn't real and was just JD's active imagination and parania punishing himself.

JD learned nothing from the Janitor, JD's life nor skills as a doctor were improved because he was harrased and bullied, his food spat in and had his property destroyed for 9 years straight.

Also he is CONSTANTLY made fun of by everyone for being a janitor and/or "just a janitor", so he has plenty of reason.

JD is the one who tries to back him up and Janitor throws it in his face. He has no reason.

Actually he learned about everyone in the hospital beyond what their nickname was.

That was in season 7 and was like the one time janitor did something moderately noble after 7 years of torment for no reason. That was the one time where he didn't physically abuse jd and had a funny ending that showed why janitor was the way that he was (ammonia)

But otherwise, he was always an ass for the sake of it. Which the show handles well later on when they give every character a chance to be sympathetic, but nevertheless the janitor was a bully for the most part and never gets his comeuppance. Also that episode where he makes more money than jd so... he even is better there.
