Germany is still great, but it's extremely unlikely that they'll go back-to-back. I don't think Spain and Brazil are ready for prime-time yet, either. England will play well-below their ceiling, as usual. First team that popped into my head was, surprisingly, France. But I just don't know if they have what it takes either. But I'm pretty sure he retracted that almost immediately.
