Feelings don't matter. You have to rely upon rigid doctrine institutionalized by governmental oversight. Superheroes are menaces in the Marvel Universe. They are human, they are unreliable, they are drunk on power, and they use their advantages to further personal vendettas. Iron Man beat the shit out of a businessman because of a minor financial dispute. The Hulk is mentally unstable. Ant-Man is a criminal who mainly helps an elderly man because he wants to bang said man's daughter. These are sick people and they should be locked up. They are not heroes.
