So good. I add butter, because everything savory immediately tastes better with butter. Then a covered pan keeps the moisture from escaping.

Then on the strips, little bit of salt, a little bit of pepper, and a decent amount of tobbasco on each one. Then when it was done, I slathered them with Cummin just to make it look more interesting, and added more tobbasco to make it really really hot.

That with BBQ sauce is so good. The worst thing that can happen when making chicken strips is they just end up bland. My mouth was on fire from the spiciness.

^Damn, you don't like cummin?

Indian food uses a lot of cummin. They use cummin all over their food in resturants. I can't say I've ever tried making my own cummin, so I just buy their cummin.

cummin is a questionable act that has no place in food preparation. cumin is a common spice that makes things taste good.
