I like using unsweetened almond milk with my cereal and I use as little of it as I can get away with. Regular milk makes me sick but not lactose intolerant sick (I can eat a load of cheese and whatnot).

I totally pour cereal before my almond milk tho

Cheese contains very little lactose since the bacteria which ferments it converts it into lactic acid, so it might actually be the lactose!

obviously that only works with a limited number of cereal/juice combinations but it'd be better than water
