I'm a pretty shitty driver and there is lots of driving peeves in here so I'll ask

Situation: You arrive to a 4-way stop and the guy to your right gets there maybe half a second after you. But they think they got there first. Do you count that as getting there the same time and let the person to your right go first or do you go?

And when you're coming down the off-ramp and the pieces of shit don't move to the other lane do you speed up extra fast to try and merge in front of them even though that might not work, or do you slow down and wait till they get passed you?

Unless the rules are vastly different in America, it doesn't matter in that case who arrived first. There should be a right of way, i.e. one direction (e.g. north and south) has the right and the other direction (e.g. east and west) has to give way to them. Generally it's the bigger, "main" road that has the right of way. Otherwise I can't imagine a road that was completely equal that wouldn't have lights.

Use your best judgment based on the speed you're both going, the traffic behind and ahead of you, and the capabilities of your car. If all things being equal, your job is to give way as you're the one merging.

Here's how I treat both cases personally.
1st: I'll do a hand sign for them to pass. If they do a hand sign to tell me to pass after I told them to, fuck that not going to go back and forth "no, after you" "no no, after you", I'll just wave them thanks and go.
2nd: If it's obvious he's not changing his lane or slowing down to let you pass, I'll just slow down and merge behind. In case going faster makes him go faster too and I end up not being able to merge at all.

Mergers usually have to yield to on coming traffic

So I'd say slow down unless your car can merge quickly enough to not force traffic to break, risking an accident

Over the phone placing an order, we can write it all down. But not behind the wheel. And unfortunately at Taco Bell the numbered combos are dumb and the names of everything are ridiculous so the passenger's order is, like, "a quesaluparito, a chicken gordacrito and a foigenslenchartogenflagen."

Which in addition to your own nonsense is p much impossible to remember.

How about the guy at works that sends you IMs about a sale on glass blowing crap and tries to tell you how great it is. This happened to me and two other coworkers, he sent a paragraph of text and the link. I was completely lost, thought maybe he sent it to the wrong person or a typo, nope he just wanted everyone to know that crap sale was going to end soon. Better get your orders in.

Unfortunately this guy was serious, he's pretty much like Steve Carell in The 40 Year Old Virgin.

Fuck fuck fuck. Just fucking remove the full trash bag, put it to the side, and then put a new fucking bag in the bin one time. The fucking new bags are right next to the trash can. You can't "forget" to refill if you just fucking doing it one time.

- people who abandon all concepts of cleanliness as soon as they know that it's "someone's job" to clean up after them. You know, people who just leave a fucking catastrophe in their wake on the table at the fast food restaurant, or just throw shit on the ground on the street, or just leave supermarket trolleys fucking everywhere instead of putting them back neatly in the trolley parking thing. Grown men who leave giant globs of shit all over the toilet bowl at the office. You wouldn't do that at home so why the fuck are you doing it now?
