Huge fan of the anime. The fact that it plays on my nostalgia as a kid means that its one of the few things i can enjoy in the state that i'm in at the moment lul. it's pretty much saving my life lul

I'm noticing the manga for Super has some different, cool changes to how the anime played out (specifically, Goku trying to Hakai Merged Zamasu's ass and nearly pulling it off). Any other changes to the battles like this or is it just the anime in comic form more or less? Never read manga before but it seems like an ok starting point.

In the manga for DB and DBZ the filler is completely absent, whereas even DBZ Kai couldn't scrub all the filler from the show from the way it was integrated. The dialogue is also different and often the translation is handled with far more care than Funimation did with DBZ early on.
