Feels bad man.

Seriously, I feel like I have a better regimen for both my skin and teeth and it either makes no difference or makes it worse.

I feel ya. My skin is awful. It infuriates me when I hear someone say, "Just wash your face/body!"

Ive stopped totally with dairy other the occasional pint of ice cream. No soda, brush and floss twice a day, and i still have the very faintest, barely notcieable bit of yellow around the base of my teeth.

Idk about teeth but I've heard it often helps with skin problems. I've always had pretty good skin but in the year since I cut out dairy I do think it's probably even better.

I don't struggle with acne much anymore although I had it for much longer than other people.

Its really more about the quality of my skin. Its red and dull looking. Its either dry with flakes or super oily. Really depends on the day and I've tried eliminating different foods and nothing stands out as a culprit. I've tried so many types of skin care products and wasted so much money.

In terms of my teeth, I brush twice a day, floss, and use anticavity rinse. My teeth look spotty and not smooth.

Well after showers my skin looks the worst. It takes awhile for it to calm down. However, on days when I don't shower it still doesn't look good.

Okay but do you take hot and long showers? Should be taking colder showers. Long, hot showers will dry out your skin something awful.

have you been to a doctor? maybe there is something going on medically to explain the skin issues

Yeah I take long, hot showers. Gonna have to lower the temp I guess.


I haven't had great experiences with dermatologists. My acne just died down with age. All the creams and pills didn't help.
