The only advice I can give it to shut all of that evil out of your life. Do everything you can not to give into anger, hate, and prejudice. Stand up for justice everywhere you go -- political justice, economic justice, social justice. That's the key to coping with it, and to making the world a better place.

By volunteer work, donating time and resources to charities, etc.

There is no good or evil. Just chaos and people trying to make some sense of order of it to stay sane. So long as it isn't affecting you personally try not to care too much.

I highly suggest watching "the punisher" 2004 or Daredevil season 2 and learn to be like Frank, you get rid of bad people and feel good about ridding the world of evil people.

i'm a news addict. but unless the terrible stuff happens in the west i really don't care about it tbh. i've become desensitized to terrible shit in the middle east, india, etc.

Use Google News and reduce the frequency of articles from CNN, HuffPo, WashPo, Salon, BuzzFeed, Slate Magazine, and Politico.

With all these rags set to low, you being to see a more balanced newsfeed that gives you more insight into the world instead of melodramatic and sensations nonsense from 'News' organizations that try to manipulate the public.

There will be less negativity and you'll feel a little bit better about the world.
