It's a hard choice, but I choose World 5. There's something about the snow levels in YI that makes me all giddy.

I picked 5 too. World 6 is a close second though.

Man, I couldn't tell you, even looking at those links. I love Yoshi's Island, but I remember the worlds weren't very strongly themed compared to other Mario games. For that matter, I can't really even think of a single individual level that stands out. I've only played through it a couple times, so that might be why, or it might also have something to do with being much slower-paced.

I agree that it starts out kinda slow (World 1 is kind of a snoozefest, cept the secret levels) but you should play it again imo

Oh, I totally remember that one, but I mean there is no real clear best one. It stands out, but not as a good level (not that it's bad either)
