PROTECT YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES isn't just something cool to say. The announcers are 100% on board with the punch. The other boxer failed to protect himself. A sucker punch in professional fighting context is a blow below the belt, to the back of the head or to a guy on one knee. If you allowed a fighter to turn his back and you give them a free pass you don't know if they will get a lucky punch in after they recover to knock you out.
