Lets say that you live in NY or something, and you're traveling to Florida via Car.

In general, are cops more likely to pull over someone who is from a diff state, or rather having a different state license plate? Ex: Having a NY license plate and driving through Georgia or Florida or something.

I don't think they really give a fuck. Most of the time I think they just watch for blatant speeders and if they catch anything else they take care of it.

Yes in some cases. For example if you were driving down to Florida with a New York plate you can bet some southern cops would love to fuck with a Yankee. Especially if you are going through a small town.
