He wants to go to plumbing trade school but didn't pass algebra 2 in HS, so he has to take some remedial shit at the community college instead. So, you have one, (0,4) and you can choose whatever value for x you want for another point. Easiest is x=1, so the next point is (1,7). Connect the dots and keep the line straight.
