Great fight scenes, the acrobatic shit was consistently the most impressive part of the movie

Biggest downside was occasionally bad dialogue which is a bummer plus it sorta dove into generic territory

The dialogue avoided any glaring cringe moments but it was still a little too generic at times

Agreed about fight choreography - the best I've seen in a movie recently. Also liked they kept some of the grim/dark feel from earlier DC movies but added in optimism and humor (BvS and SS were especially lacking in the former.

Yeah, there was some cringey dialogue, particularly the boat scene. It was paint by numbers as far as origin stories go, but at least it was enjoyable and gives the DCEU some momentum.

I just got back from it as well; loved the characters and story. I found about 80% of the fighting scenes to have a bunch of unintentionally hilarious moments though that kinda brought it down for me.

Otherwise though, it is easily the best DC movie in a while.

I thought the final battle looked too much like a cartoon, but No Man's Land is one of the best sequences of any comic book movie.

100% that was the best scene in the movie. But that's pretty much what I was expecting coming in, how can superheroes + trench warfare not turn out dope as fuck

Ares looked like complete garb after he put that armor on lol.

They really should have just shot her legs. It was a pretty scene but as dumb as TDKR when the cops charge the armed goons
