1) A potential assassination related to a major political party's leaked info is not a "non-issue."

2) The family doesn't want to be dragged into the media spotlight. They still want answers and "don't hold it against" those who sincerely want to find those answers.

To those who sincerely want to get to the bottom of Seth's murder, we don't hold this against you. We don't think you are monsters, and we don't think you are terrible people. We know that so many people out there really do care, don't know what to think and are angry at the lack of answers.

Also, note the title is "Stop politicizing our son's murder," not "Stop looking into our son's murder." Note how the descriptions of their "nightmare" are about reporters calling them every day and seeing TV hosts talk about it on the news.

I really doubt that one guy posting about it on an obscure video game message board is keeping them up at night.

Perhaps not, but I do feel obligated to at least defend the possibility of his death in relation to the leaks from being declared "debunked" on the sole basis that "some private investigator cited an anonymous source and Fox News pulled the story."

Not that the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, the people who's job it actually is, are making much progress either. It's been almost a year since his murder and all they've come to is that it looks like a "botched robbery." No description of the suspect has ever even been released.

It was obviously NASA. He was going to leak documents exposing the fact that the Earth is flat and they have been hiding it with help from the airline companies and Scientology to prevent us from learning the true and going over the edge of the Earth, lest we start a war with the Crab People who call the sides their domain.

First off, I said from the time of his announcement that it looked like he was using this to work a deal for himself and that he made the giving of his statement contingent on unrealistic circumstances.

Second, we don't yet know if he lied. There's no way to confirm that until his statement is given. Until he does (if he does), he's not helping. However, he and his legal team sent a letter to Mueller yesterday requesting to give the statement as part of the Russia investigation, so it does still appear that he's taking steps to make it happen.

Is there actual evidence that the DNC killed him or is it just one of those word-association yarn-and-photos attached to a bulletin board sort of deal?

I'm both disappointed and pleasantly surprised by the results:


On one hand, the other topics I made about this were flooded with 90% "lol fake news," "lol conspiracy theory," etc. posts. I thought I was one of the only people on CE who wasn't convinced it was "debunked." I can see why most of you wouldn't want to post about it though, since even admitting the possibility of his death being a hit leads to you being stalked across topics by a gaggle of shitposters.

On the other hand, it's sad to see that the two "Don't know, but..." options have consistently been BTFO by the "It was..." options. Both of the "It was..." options are literally illogical at this point because there has been no direct evidence to prove it either way, considering it's an unsolved murder. They never even caught a suspect or released a description. The fact that these two options have the most votes shows how eager people are to jump to conclusions, whether it's to dismiss or confirm it. It's sad that only the minority seems to care about holding out on a conclusion until there is solid evidence.
