that's the thing is idk how much i want to do at all yet. it really depends on what my boyfriend is doing at the bachelor party that day. the planned bachelor party is partying on a boat in the morning and then napping and going out all night.. but my boyfriend thinks 90% of them will blow their whole wad in the morning and be unable to go out later.

Is the bachelorette or bachelor a friend of your boyfriend? You just know them by association? I'd consider it an honor of sort if included in said celebration. That being said, I can also understand the feeling if you don't really know them and is now obligated to spend time and money with them.

they're both originally his friends but now they are "mutual" friends. the bride has told me before while we were drinking that she considers me a friend now and if my boyfriend and i broke up she would still want me to come hang out with them.

i don't mind spending the money it's just that i've never hung out with them yet without my boyfriend around and i do get social anxiety from group situations.
