If my Mom were alive I don't think she would care. I think she would just be happy we found someone.
I asked my Dad and he said he wouldn't care.

How about you? Would any of this be a concern if you brought a partner home to meet your parents?

Considering I've done it before, they don't care. As long as she seems like a good person and we're happy that's all that matters.

My mom wouldn't bat an eye. I have brought home First Nations/Native American girls, girls with piercings, etc. The only comments she ever made were genuine questions about culture and stuff like that.

No, my family is as white bread as they come.

My dad would probably be disappointed she's not Indian, but he wouldn't be mad or anything. I'm not really sure my mom really cares if my girl was Spanish or not.

Nope. Interestingly enough we're Indian so like yourself our culture tends to not like dating away from your own race. I guess I got lucky with my parents.

My mom wouldn't care. She just told me that I'm not allowed to date anyone ugly. She actually seems to maybe want mixed grandkids, and I wouldn't oppose that idea myself.

My dad however, I don't know. He says lots of racist things, but I think he only does it to get under our skin because he knows we don't like hearing it. I'm sure he'd have a problem with anyone I decided to date, but if she was from another race, he'd gave a very easy target to aim for to try and cause problems.

Well, seeing as how I'm a product of an interracial relationship, I doubt they'd care. Also my mom used to be 'aggro' so she doesn't give any fucks about piercings/tattoos.

I'm white, girlfriend is Mexican/Spanish mix. My mom is a weird person who is pro-Trump and wants the illegals behind the wall, but gets along very well with Mexican people she talks to (including girlfriend's family).

Tattoos, excessive piercings,etc., on the other hand, would probably illicit some discouragement from her but she would leave it to my choice.

All my girlfriends have been either white, black or mixed. Every native chick I meet is my freaking cousin. My grandma was always like "why don't you meet a nice girl from Oneida" to which I'd respond "every time I do you tell me she's my cousin"

My mom would prefer me getting a girlfriend who is white. Anything else is ok but she would definitely be dissapointed if shes black.
