Monitor your temps with software and compare them to manufacturer safe temps.

liquid cooling is pretty standard in 2017....if you are using the fan that came with your CPU then god help you

It's normal for the GPU fan to ramp up, increasing noise (just like a modern console), specially if you have one with a stock cooler. That being said, do check your temps to make sure they're within normal parameters

Get a program to check your temps. Its not odd for the CPU and GPU to get in the upper 60C range.
