Not really good with anyone outside of Mercy so far, but I mained Medic in TF2 so it's an easy enough transition. I got bitched at a few times for being a bad healer, and I'll accept some of it for not knowing the maps and forgetting some controls, but seemed like there's a lot of whiny tryhards. If you're too far away for me to get to you I'm just gonna whip out my gun and shoot my way to the largest group of friendlies. My friend also showed me the pharmercy combo, I felt dirty doing it. It was pretty effective on maps that permitted it though.
