The closest I came with in high school, I had so much homework one day (largely from AP English) that I didn't go to bed until 6:00 am. I woke back up at 6:15 am to get ready for school.

Last time was a couple of months ago. It's unpleasant.

The worst part is that I hadn't slept all night since I was so stressed out. Then the next day my parents and my girlfriend (none of whom have driver licenses) are on my ass because

- my mom wants me to drive her to church so she can thank some old ladies for praying for her
- my girlfriend wants me to drive her to her bankruptcy trustee appointment

I'm not in any condition to drive, folks! Sorry! I haven't slept! Or so I wish I had the courage to say.

I was so afraid I would crash the car. I could barely keep my eyes on the road. And then I got screamed at for driving too slow "I'm going to be late!"

Worst day of my life.

Often. I work one week a year where my schedule flips to 12 straight days of 7 pm to 7 am, so it leads to that.

Dunno how long it was, but repeatedly during my military training, i'd be up for like, a week at a time, only getting 20/30 minute power snoozes in between... if that counts.

Also, yeah, i've done 24 hours multiple times while partying and once was awake for 50-something hours because my friends and I wanted to see how long we could go. We renovated party of a bathroom at some point (I was working construction then and it was with my buddy.)

Yeah probably a little more, staying up all night and then the rest of the day, so probably about 30 to 36. Don't know how people can do any more than that and I applaud them. I can't think straight and even the smallest of tasks become ridiculous.

Shit I've worked 24 hours straight before. I was doing my job installing refrigeration equipment in a grocery store on night shift then came home and shingled a roof for 10 hours.

I go 24 hours without sleeping all the time though, longest I've went was 3 days I think but I was starting to literally go crazy by the third day.

I also only normally sleep like 4-5 hours a night on weekdays too, I think i might be a mild amnesiac.

I work 12 hour shifts, 2 days, then 2 nights, then 4 days off. So my second day shift I'll stay up all night then sleep all day to try an adjust for my night shift.

went 30 hours for world of warcraft pandaria expansion, had to stop after 30. had temporary blindness and the sleep is the only thing that cures it.
