This sucks. I wake up, start thinking about a million things that stress me out, and can't go back to sleep. It's awful.


I've been taking melatonin, which helps me fall asleep...but I somehow keep waking up in the middle of the night. Halp, CE!!! How do I fix this this?

You could what I do, lay in bed, close your eyes and imagine a group of people are after you to beat you up, or kidnap you.

I just about always wake up around 4AM or even earlier it's not that bad tbh

I go to sleep whenever the fuck I feel like sleeping and wake up before 6 so I can shower and stuff before work and get some vidya gaems in

That's your problem mate. I had a very similar issue and it's due to you having so much brain activity before bed.

Have a regular sleeping pattern. Ideally you want to be asleep by 11 but If you sleep at 11:30 have a warm shower/bath at like 10:30 get to bed by 11 and do NOTHING until you fall asleep. This means no videos, using your phone...nothing

It's hard at first because you'll be literally up for 30 mins doing nothing but you will get used to it
